It's easy to have disbelief in your ability to be good with your money when you are making good money and saying things like:

💵 I don't know where my money is going
💳 I am just an over spender
💰 I spend too much money and not saving enough

Instead of creating guilt and shame about your performance about your money, I invite you to evoke a sprit of curiosity to allow you to create awareness about your behaviors, thoughts and decisions that you have made with your money.

Awareness without judgement is the catalyst to create change with the performance of your wealth and money.

Reminder - You do have everything you need to create whatever change that you want to see, just remember that you don't have to figure it all out on your own, nor do you need to be too hard on yourself to get it done.

My Thoughts on Financial Literacy Part 3

Financial awareness is the catalyst to building better knowledge, habits and great practices around your money.

You have to become aware of where you may be lacking in BOTH the technical and emotional sides of money. Sometimes that awareness that you have towards your gaps that you have can be met with a lot of harsh judgement from yourself.

Becoming financially aware is not an opportunity to beat yourself up or make yourself feel bad for what you may not be happy or proud about. Instead invite you to exercise compassion and curiosity towards the things that you notice about yourself that you may want to change when it comes to your money and wealth.

My Thoughts on Financial Literacy Part 2

There's the technicality of money, such as knowing how much money you have in your bank account at any given time.

Then there is the emotional side of money, which most financial literacy tips, tricks and "should do's" don't address. Your money story and your relationship with your money shows up in your behaviors and decisions with your money.

The more that you can become aware of how your money story aids or detracts you from being able to apply the technical aspects of money, is the more that you can build your financial confidence.
